Problem
The stores had live POS data, but restocking, transfers, FIFO cost, dead stock, purchase orders, and owner reporting still depended on manual exports and spreadsheet work.
Build
We built roughly twenty operating reports, a private AI dashboard, FIFO cost tracking, open-transfer and open-PO logic, and a restock cycle around real sales velocity.
Result
Ordering became a review step instead of a spreadsheet project. Inventory, transfers, dead stock, category turns, and exceptions became visible enough for daily decisions.
