Ember Labs provides AI integration consulting services, including but not limited to: AI agent development, workflow automation, API integrations, and related technical consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work between Ember Labs and its clients.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

- Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for overdue accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ember Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
